Channel Island women collect Citywealth awards for excellence

Fiona Le Poidevin CitywealthTwo finance industry professionals from the Channel Islands have been presented with awards that recognise senior women in wealth management for their excellence, achievements and service, at the Citywealth Power Women Lunch 2014, which took place on 23rd January in London.

Fiona Le Poidevin, Chief Executive of Guernsey Finance, was presented with an award for building the brand and raising the profile of Guernsey.

Liz Le Poidevin, Private Client Director at RBC Wealth Management, Jersey, picked up an award for excellence in the Private Client Trust industry.

Only four awards in total were presented at the lunch, highlighting the calibre of the winners.

The Citywealth Power Women Lunch 2014 brought together 130 senior women in the wealth management sector and saw a very diverse panel of inspirational speakers, including Dianne Abbott MP, and Lady Edwina Grosvenor, daughter of the Duke of Westminster, and Dr Alexandra Beauregard, professor in employment relations at the LSE.
