Vivid strengthens its foothold in France with a local IBAN and its first digital employees

In an economic landscape where VSEs, SMEs and independents juggle administrative management, regulatory constraints and pressure on cash flow, simplification becomes a strategic issue. Although digital tools are multiplying, few manage to combine banking fluidity, task automation and real operational support. It is precisely in this area that Vivid, a European financial platform born in 2019, is accelerating its deployment in France.

The company announces the launch of its French IBANa key step to facilitate banking operations for entrepreneurs, often hampered by the use of a foreign IBAN despite the SEPA framework. Direct debit rejections, payment delays, partner mistrust: so many obstacles that Vivid intends to dissipate to enable managers to gain credibility and efficiency in their daily banking activities.

“We are delighted to launch the French IBAN, as we know how essential it is for businesses to have a convenient financial solution that complies with national regulations. This launch demonstrates our concrete commitment to French entrepreneurs and businesses,” underlines Carole Danancher, General Director France of Vivid.

With more than 50,000 professional customers in Europeof which 5,000 in Francethe fintech consolidates its local roots and now adapts its functionalities to the specificities of the French market, both in terms of banking and regulations.

But Vivid doesn’t stop there. The platform introduces its first digital employees powered by artificial intelligencedesigned to automate time-consuming tasks that weigh on small structures: administrative management, cash flow monitoring, drafting contracts or day-to-day coordination.
Among them:

  • Anna, AI Personal Assistant : plans meetings, manages emails, structures the day and optimizes time.
  • Lucas, AI Legal Assistant : help with drafting and proofreading contracts, checks compliance and identifies potential risks (1).
  • Emma, AI Financial Assistant (coming soon) : will monitor cash flow and generate financial reports (2).

These digital employees, equipped with their own email address and integrated into professional tools, promise +30% productivity gains, 13 hours saved each weekand until 4,000 euros monthly savings in operational costs. Significant advantages for structures often constrained by limited resources.

“Our ambition is clear: to offer VSEs, SMEs and freelancers the resources of a large company, without bearing the fixed costs,” continues Carole Danancher. “These digital employees work tirelessly, learn with each mission and free managers from administrative constraints. »

By combining French IBAN, intelligent assistance, and reinforced local anchoring, Vivid is establishing itself as a new hybrid player between banking platform, operational assistant and digital management tool. The company now aims to become the “smart companion” for managers of VSEs, SMEs and independents in France, by automating low value-added tasks to refocus entrepreneurs on their core business.
