With our partner Salesforce, unify sales, marketing and customer service. Accelerate your growth!
Founded in 2019, the French startup Bsport has established itself as a key player in the digitalization of sports halls and the well-being sector. Through its all-in-one SaaS platform, it offers solutions adapted to new consumer habits and the operational needs of VSEs and SMEs. Its objective: to simplify management, maximize efficiency and support the digital transformation of structures dedicated to fitness.
An offer in line with market developments
The business model of gyms has been profoundly transformed by the rise of “pay-as-you-go” and the growing demand for distance learning courses. Bsport has integrated these developments from the outset, by launching a platform allowing the management of registrations, payments, scheduling, and customer loyalty. The solution also includes streaming tools for online courses and videos on demand, meeting a demand for increased flexibility.
The startup also stands out for its artificial intelligence-based marketing features, which enable advanced personalization of customer communications. This innovation adds to the possibility for sports halls to develop their own white label application, strengthening their autonomy and their brand image.
Product and marketing innovations that allow theaters to develop additional revenue
Bsport does not stop at venue management. The startup plans to add dynamic pricing and affiliation functionalities, opening the way to new services such as the sale of sports equipment or the organization of complementary cultural activities. With these new features, it aims to become a global player in the wellness value chain.
New fundraising to accelerate expansion
Bsport has just finalized a series B fundraising of 30 million euros. This round was led by BASE10 and OCTOPUS VENTURES, with the participation of SEED4SOFT and other historical investors. Part of the funds will be used to strengthen its sales teams in the United Kingdom, which already represents 20% of its customer portfolio, and to continue its expansion in Asia and the United States. The other part will be used to recompose the capital with the exit of the first investors.
Bsport had previously raised 4 million euros in series A from SEVENTURE PARTNERS in 2023, as well as 800,000 euros in seed funding, supported in particular by CHRISTOPHE CHAUSSON and business angels.
