SKEZI announces the acquisition of Verbatim.Care, a patient data analysis platform developed by EntendsMoi. This operation aims to integrate automatic language processing tools into SKEZIA, SKEZI’s flagship software, to improve the qualitative analysis of data reported by patients.
A breakthrough in patient data analysis
Verbatim.Care, co-designed in 2022 with 9 French establishments, uses artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze patient feedback. This solution has already been adopted by more than 50 establishments in France and Belgium. By integrating it with SKEZIA, SKEZI further automates the processing of verbatim reports, particularly in the context of the national e-Satis survey.
