Gaëlle Kergus is appointed Director of Human Resources and CSR of the Isoskèle group. She took up her position in December 2025, with the mission of supporting the group’s transformation in a rapidly changing data marketing and communication market.
Arriving at Isoskèle in 2020, Gaëlle Kergus first took charge of the non-profit activity. She contributed to the structuring and development of this division until its recent merger with the adfinitas agency. This management experience, at the crossroads of marketing, data and engagement, today nourishes his vision of the Human Resources function.
HR priorities at the service of transformation.
In his new role, his priorities include strengthening Isoskèle’s employer attractiveness in a competitive market, leading a recruitment policy focused on business, innovation and transformation, as well as supporting the development of employees’ skills in the key areas of expertise in data marketing, media and creation.
Its mission will also be to support organizational and professional developments linked to technological transformations in the sector, while strengthening cooperation practices and both economic and societal performance, in a sober and responsible framework.
In a context marked by the rise of retail media, the structuring role of social platforms and the generalization of generative AI, agencies must focus their efforts on the development of talents capable of combining data mastery, creativity and a culture of performance. The HR function thus becomes a strategic lever serving growth, innovation and the quality of campaign execution.
An HR vision connected to business.
“I believe in an HR function connected to the business, which understands the professions and supports the teams on a daily basis. My ambition is to help grow the Isoskèle group without losing what makes us strong: the sense of a job well done, responsibility and attention to others. What matters to me is that everyone finds their place in our collective to develop their skills and plan for the long term.
Finally, I want our CSR approach to be fully integrated into the group’s culture, in a concrete and demanding way. For me, the impact is as much in our projects as in our way of working together. » explains Gaëlle Kergus.
Elected Data Marketing Group of the Year three times, Isoskèle is in the top 25 of the 500 French agencies in the ranking Strategies. The group has 420 employees for a turnover of 100 million euros and offers global support around five expert brands: St Johns Isoskèle, OnlySo Isoskèle, CyberCité Isoskèle, TimeOne Isoskèle and LineUp7.
