A role of very close proximity, designed for someone who has already experienced hypergrowth and who wants to dive back into what is most demanding: complexity, speed, pressure, permanent trade-offs.
The position is not a classic coordination role, but to become the strategic right arm of the CEO, in Stockholm, without a pre-established framework or middle management.
What the role entails:
- structure the CEO’s priorities in an environment where ideas arrive faster than their ability to execute;
- manage the company’s operational rhythm: leadership meetings, offsites, all-hands, objectives, accountability;
- translate the CEO’s thinking into internal communications, investor notes, candidate briefs, support boards;
- bridging the gap between leaders, mediating tensions, maintaining alignment;
- lead high-stakes projects: executive recruitment, competitive intelligence, KPIs, workforce planning;
- building AI workflows to augment the Office of the CEO.
Lovable is looking for a senior profile, with more than ten years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, investment banking, a role as founder, Chief of Staff, BizOps or operations in a very fast-growing startup.
