An innovation born from an internal hackathon.
The “polls” feature is the fruit of the first internal hackathon organized by Letsignit in November 2024, a 48 -hour event during which employees of various services united their skills to respond to a customer problem.
“Our reflection is part of an observation that everyone can make on a daily basis: as soon as a survey asks us to leave our mailbox or to interrupt our workflow, our falling commitment,” explains Claire Picot, Product Manager at Letsignit.
“For companies seeking to collect feedback, this break in user experience is translated concretely into high abandonment rates among respondents. Our project during this hackathon was therefore to rethink the feedback experience by removing these obstacles. »»
