Logistics, the backbone of military superiority, SalesPatriot raises 4.2 million euros

Recent conflicts have shown that a delay in the delivery of critical components can paralyze entire defense systems. Added to this reality is an observation shared by armies and manufacturers: military logistics remains one of the least digitalized sectors.

It is in this area that SalesPatriot, a young Polish-American company which intends to modernize defense and aeronautics procurement, is positioning itself. Founded in 2024 by Nelson Ray, Benjamin Rhodes-Kropf and Maciej Szymczyk, it develops a software platform that centralizes, cleans and automates purchasing flows between manufacturers, suppliers and public agencies. Its technology aggregates data from government portals, ERP, Excel sheets or unstructured emails, in order to reduce order processing time and increase the success rate on calls for tenders.

“Today’s wars are won with supply chains as much as with platforms,” underlines Nelson Ray, CEO of SalesPatriot. “We are building the infrastructure so the West is ready. » The company claims productivity gains reaching a factor of seven in processing times and claims that its users now manage more than 200 million euros in annual orders intended for the Pentagon.

By choosing Poland as its European base, SalesPatriot is part of an emerging trend: the anchoring of critical technologies in Eastern countries, both for reasons of talent and strategic proximity. The company opened the SalesPatriot House there, a space where engineers and founders live together to develop the platform.

SalesPatriot raised €4.2 million in Seed from CRV, Pear VC, Y Combinator, SV Angel, Liquid2 and Uncorrelated Ventures, with participation from angel investors such as Paul Graham, Rich Miner, Mark Pincus, Steve Blank and Mati Staniszewski. The round brings the total funding to 5.4 million euros. Founded in 2024, the company employs ten people and plans to hire five more by the end of 2025. Its headquarters are in San Francisco, with a technology hub in Warsaw.
