In five months, more than twenty companies-in education, energy, bpo or even e-commerce-have already relied on its technology to transform each interaction into a performance source.
Behind Feedae, a team experienced in the operational challenges of the contact centers. Feedae today announces a fundraising of 1.6 million euros led by IRDI Capital Investissement, accompanied by several Business Angels including Patrick Amiel (321), Alain Mevellec (Lelsy) and Alexandre Ricardo (ex-meillertales.com). This funding will allow the startup to strengthen its sales teams, to accelerate the development of its vocal and written analysis models, and to structure a real operating system of customer performance.
