Fatima Berral will succeed Olivier Vallet at the head of Docaposte

Fatima Berral will become, on November 1, 2026, President and CEO of Docaposte and Deputy CEO of the Consumer and Digital branch of the La Poste Group. The former manager of Sogelink brings experience in growth through SaaS, acquisitions and international expansion. She succeeds Olivier Vallet, under whose mandate Docaposte doubled its turnover and tripled its profitability according to La Poste, with the mission of opening a new phase of development around digital trust and sovereignty.

Emmanuel Pugliesi takes over as general manager of Celeste

Emmanuel Pugliesi becomes CEO of Celeste, alongside Nicolas Aubé, founder and president of the group. With more than twenty-five years of experience in telecommunications and B2B digital, he will support the development of the operator, which relies on its proprietary infrastructure, its data centers in France and Switzerland, as well as its cloud and cybersecurity activities.

Caroline Duret joins Mediawan to lead business transformation

Caroline Duret joins Mediawan after leading Prisma Media Solutions, where she supervised the consulting, trading, special operations, influence, social and production teams. A graduate of ESC Grenoble, she was previously deputy general director in charge of development at Webedia between 2019 and 2024, after leading the influencer agency Obviously and RadiumOne France.

Romain Boyer joins DC Company to manage its revenues and management

Romain Boyer joins DC Company as Chief Revenue Officer. He will be responsible for accelerating the group’s revenues and structuring its management around brands such as Konbini, Le Gorafi, Herstory and C’est qui la boss?.
