YAMPA, a Parisian startup founded in 2024 by Patrice Mazoyer, Marin Huet, and Baptiste Saintot, is developing autonomous agents powered by artificial intelligence for customer service. Their solution, the Y.Core platform, integrates major CRM tools like Salesforce and Zendesk, making it possible to manage customer interactions 24/7 with autonomous decision-making.

Yampa’s AI agents stand out for their ability to resolve 50% of technical tickets in IT, to increase the productivity of multilingual email management in e-commerce by 30%, and to guarantee an instant response to 100% of customers. emergency calls in property management. Their approach aims to combine technological efficiency and flexibility, entrusting complex cases to human teams, while automating repetitive processes.

Yampa’s goal is to improve customer satisfaction while reducing operational costs for businesses. The startup positions itself as a key player for companies seeking to streamline their customer service operations while maintaining an essential human dimension.

To support this ambition, Yampa raised 3 million euros during a seed round led by Partech, with the participation of business angels such as Arthur Waller (PENNYLANE). This funding will be used to accelerate R&D, strengthen the security of the platform and expand its business customer base.
