A group already structured around 100 employees and 5,000 customers
The four acquisitions reinforce the presence of Comet in complementary verticals:

- Mesoigner : Digital suite for pharmacists, integrating e-ordinances, appointment and e-commerce.
- Silicon DNA : ERP all-in-one for trustees and service providers in Luxembourg.
- Statigest : CRM Land for the sales forces of high consumption industrialists.
These companies total 100 employees and serve more than 5,000 customers In nine countries. The group now displays a consolidated turnover of 14 million euroswith a Ebitda margin greater than 30 %.
An entrepreneurial model focused on the long term
Comet’s approach is based on a strong shareholder alignment. The leaders of the companies acquired reinvested in the capital of the group, becoming co-action from Comet Software.
