BlaBlaCar announces the acquisition of a majority stake in ObiletTurkey’s leading bus ticketing company and one of the world’s three largest intercity transport aggregators. This strategic operation is part of BlaBlaCar’s ambition to become the global benchmark platform for shared and multimodal land mobility.

Founded in 2012, Obilet has digitalized the Turkish bus market by aggregating the offer of more than 500 operators. A coherent multimodal strategy

Since the acquisition of Ouibus in 2018, became BlaBlaBusBlaBlaCar has gradually expanded its offering to integrate different transport solutions.
