Since 2017, Quadsat, a Danish company specializing in Spectral Intelligence and RF geolocation solutions, has been developing a drone-angnostic platform capable of monitoring the electromagnetic spectrum with formidable precision. It is intended for the armed forces faced with an increasingly sophisticated scrambling, as well as the satellite communication operators in search of reliability in the disputed areas.
Quadsat is fully part of the doctrine of multi-domain operations, where vectors of attack, protection and support must interact on physical, cyber and space grounds. The ability to transform an electromagnetic fog into usable information thus becomes a critical function. In this sense, Quadsat is not content to provide an observation tool but an action lever.
The company collaborates in particular with Skyyon, supplier of tactical drones active on the Ukrainian front, to integrate its spectrum solutions into real environment operations. This operational co-development approach has attracted investors.
Directed by Joakim Espeland, its co -founder and CEO, Quadsat raised an additional 5 million euros as part of a serial extension led by Join Capital and North Ventures, with the participation of Seraphim Space Capital, EIFO (Export and Investment Fund of Denmark), Helge Munk Holding and TPC Management. The A series, produced in 2023, was 9 million euros.
The company plans to use funds to strengthen its product developments for the Defense sector, accelerate its commercial development, in particular to NATO member countries, and extend its land presence.
