Kalent raises 1 million euros to industrialize recruitment by AI

New player in the recruitment sector, Kalent intends to question the traditional model by a doped AI approach. Founded in Nantes in June 2023, the startup developed a platform based on an artificial owner intelligence capable of identifying, qualifying and contacting the most relevant profiles in a few clicks. Thanks to the analysis of more than 25 million public profiles available on the web, the tool detects relevant candidates, updates their data in real time (emails, numbers, CV generated by AI) and allows companies to get ahead of competition. Result: a saving of 50 % over sourcing time and a 40 % reduction in the Time-to-Hire.

Bettled traditional hunting firms, Kalent offers an internalized solution, distributed by subscription, which is aimed at both SMEs and large companies. In one year, she convinced a hundred customers, including Adecco, Robert Walters, LVMH, Vinci or Foncia and aims to reach 1 million euros in turnover in 2025

To support this trajectory, Kalent has just announced that it has raised 1 million euros from Kima Ventures and several Business Angels from the recruitment sector. This funding will strengthen technical and commercial teams, and structure the first stages of its international development.

Kalent was founded by Vincent Maillard de la Morandais, an engineer by training passed by the Ministry of the Armed Forces and CO founder of the Harphang Society, by Cédric Tournay, well known to the ecosystem, co -founder of Doctissimo and former CEO of Dailymotion, and finally by Edouard Vaudour, former Foodles and Looti.
