A hybrid growth strategy
Since its transformation initiated in the early 2000s, Dékuple has established itself as a major player in data marketing and communication. Led by Bertrand Laurioz since 2019, the group has been combining organic growth and strategic acquisitions to build an actor who counts on the chessboard of digital marketing.
Dékuple opted for a development model combining internal expansion and targeted acquisitions. In five years, the company has achieved twelve acquisitions, especially in the fields of creativity (Brainsonic), data marketing (Converteo) and marketing influence (Reech). This “build-up” strategy is based on a clear principle: to integrate companies bringing new skills without trying to capture market share.
At the same time, the company pursues sustained organic growth, equal to acquisitions, by developing innovative solutions for its customers.
To talk about it we receive this week in the Frenchweb club in partnership with Canalchat, Bertrand Laurioz, CEO of the Data Marketing Group Dékuple
Artificial intelligence: a transformer lever
Aware of the upheavals induced by artificial intelligence, Dékuple has implemented an ambitious strategy to integrate it into all of its activities. The company does not develop its own AI models, but it is working to use these technologies to optimize marketing performance.
All employees have benefited from an AI training program, with the implementation of a network of evangelists and “IA champions” within the different group entities. This approach makes it possible to accelerate the adoption of tools and to adapt offers to new expectations of customers.
A strategic international deployment
Already firmly established in France with 900 employees, Dékuple has undertaken an international expansion to support its customers on a European and global scale. Recent acquisitions in Berlin, and Amsterdam mark this desire to expand its field of action. The company wants to strengthen its positioning and be a partner of choice for major international brands, by helping them to structure and optimize their marketing and communication strategies on a global level.
