TSSS acquires Dolist and strengthens its expertise in Marketing Automation

The group Total specific solutions (TSS) announces the acquisition of Dolisthis first French publisher specializing in email and marketing SMS. This operation marks the entry of TSS into the French Marketing Automation market and is part of its development strategy in Europe.

Created in 2000, Dolist Develops a SaaS platform that allows companies to design and disseminate their marketing and transactional campaigns. Its offer includes an email and SMS routing tool, an automation orchestrator, monitoring of deliverability and a performance analysis module. The company supports 500 customers from public administration, insurance, culture and tourism.



With this acquisition, TSS is expanding its portfolio of software solutions. Already active in health, real estate, education, bank and cybersecurity, the group integrates a recognized actor in digital marketing. “We already have an email and SMS marketing software company in Spain, Aviva Voice, but Dolist is the first to join the TSS group in this area of ​​expertise in France,” said Dorinda Van Oosten, General Manager at TSS. “Dolist has the technologies and expertise necessary to allow customers to deploy high -performance campaigns. »»

Dolist retains its autonomy while benefiting from TSS resources. Jean-Paul Meilhanne becomes managing director, Denis Olivierco -founder and CTO, remains in charge of R&D, and Jean-Paul Placesformer CEO, accompanies the transition. “We needed a shareholder capable of bringing us a long -term vision and the stability necessary for our development,” explains Jean-Paul Places.

Dolist now has the Canadian Network Constellation Software Inc. (CSI)Mother house of TSS, which brings together 1,200 B2B software publishers. “We will have the opportunity to interact with other Martech publishers from the group and adopt their best practices,” said Jean-Paul Meilhanne.
