Phacet is our startup of the day, winner of the ranking We Innovate 500 2025, classified in 56th position. Created in 2024, the startup has already convinced Thibaud Elzière (Hexa), and Florian Douetteau to invest during his initiation tour.
Phacet offers a structured method to deploy personalized artificial intelligence agents within SMEs. In six weeks, companies go from the mapping of opportunities to the complete integration of AI agents in their existing systems, without operational rupture.
The approach is based on four stages: identification of processes with high return on investment, validation via a demonstration, progressive deployment, then integration and training of the teams. The platform interfaces with the main business tools (ERP, CRM, HRIS, PIM), while guaranteeing RGPD compliance and data security (ISO 27001 certification, Cloud AWS accommodation, human supervision).
Among the use cases deployed, Smartbox, European leader in the gift box, has automated the rapprochement between invoices and payments in its finance department, dividing the processing time by four. On the multilingual content of its 15,000 monthly partners, productivity gains reach a six factor. Smartbox’s management underlines the results -oriented approach and the quality of the support offered.
Phacet claims measurable performance: 87 % reduction in the time spent on manual tasks, 3.3 multiplication of productivity, decrease in errors by 71 %. The company aims at sectors such as e-commerce, industry, finance and services.
In September 2024, Phacet raised 4 million euros from Motier Ventures, Aglaé Ventures, Emblem, and Business Angels including Thibaud Elzière (Hexa), Traynor (Intercom) and Florian Douetteau (Dataiku). This funding will extend the offer of EA loans to employment and strengthen deployment capacities on a European scale.
