The heritage management sector is experiencing a rapid transformation under the effect of digitalization and the tightening of regulatory requirements. Faced with the concentration of the market, illustrated by the acquisition of Manymore by the Harvest group, heritage professionals must rethink their tools to guarantee a more fluid approach and in accordance with new standards. The need for robust and secure technological solutions becomes an imperative for wealth management advisers and family offices. Wealthcome is part of this dynamic by offering a new generation SaaS platform, designed to meet the challenges of this mutation.

Founded in 2022, Wealthcoma is developing SaaS software allowing heritage professionals to optimize the management of their portfolios and automate their regulatory obligations. The aggregation of heritage data in real time offers an exhaustive view of assets, including those not directly under management. The ultra-modular architecture of the platform makes it possible to adapt to the needs of the self-employed such as large banking networks and insurance companies. Regulatory compliance is integrated into the heart of the solution, with the automated production of updated documents and monitoring of deadlines.

The customer experience occupies a central place in the wealthcoma value proposal in order to promote the interaction between advisers and investors. All of the data is secure and hosted in France, in accordance with the requirements of the AMF, ensuring users the sovereignty and free restitution of their information. In less than a year, Wealthcoma has attracted more than 300 entities, bringing together 2,500 professionals in heritage management and consolidating a volume of aggregated assets exceeding 20 billion euros.

Wealthcoma announces a fundraising of 7 million euros led by Blackfin Capital Partners, a leading European investor specializing in financial services. This funding aims to structure the rise in the platform, with a doubling of the workforce by next year. The integration of new features enriched by artificial intelligence will further optimize the user experience. Development on the European market is also part of this lifting, with the ambition to impose Wealthcoma as a benchmark player in the face of Anglo-Saxon solutions.
