Julien Barnu joins Matignon on sovereignty, digital and AI issues

Julien Barnu is appointed advisor to the Prime Minister’s chief of staff, responsible for sovereignty, digital technology and artificial intelligence. Published in Official Journal from September 12, his appointment takes effect from September 1, 2026. He succeeds Adrien Facon. Coming from the Ministry of the Armed Forces and having worked at the SGDSN and ANSSI, he brings to Matignon experience in cybersecurity and national security issues.

Bruno de San Nicolas joins OVHcloud to develop the defense cloud

OVHcloud is recruiting Bruno of San Nicolasuntil now France’s representative to the NATO Communications and Information Agency, in Brussels. He joins the group to structure its development in the defense cloud. Its experience in military environments and international cooperation must support the company’s positioning on the digital needs of defense players.

Victor Vuillard takes charge of OUTSCALE security and compliance

Victor Vuillard joins OUTSCALE, the cloud subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes, as Chief Information Security & Compliance Officer. Having worked with ANSSI, EDF, Parrot, Thales and Mistral AI, it supports a scope bringing together cybersecurity, infrastructure and data centers, operational security, compliance and relations with authorities. Its mission thus combines the protection of operations with the requirements governing the hosting of sensitive data and the deployment of artificial intelligence.

Marie Pellat leaves Mistral AI to return to Google DeepMind

After two and a half years at Mistral AI, Marie Pellat returns home Google DeepMind to work on applications of artificial intelligence in health. She leaves the French startup after supporting a phase of strong growth for her teams. His new field of work will focus on the links between AI models, medical research and clinical practices, with the objective of bringing technological capabilities closer to their uses in care.

Meriem Terrab joins the Digital Natives team at Google Cloud

Meriem Terrab join the team Google Cloud Digital Natives as Startup Activation Account Executive. It will support French artificial intelligence startups in the construction and development of their products. Claire Calméjane expands her responsibilities at Foundever

Claire Calméjane adds UK and Ireland to lead France and Benelux at Foundever. She also takes responsibility for sales for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Philippe Vincens will take charge of Inqom in October

Philippe Vincens will become CEO ofInqom in October 2026. He will succeed Romain Passilly, appointed Country Director France of Visma. Administrator of Inqom since 2022, he will take control of a company whose roadmap plans to expand the accounting production platform to a more complete suite of software, developed with the firms. This transition comes as a continuation of the integration of Inqom into the Visma group.

Arthur Esteve takes over as sales director for France at Payflows

Arthur Esteve joined Payflows as Sales Director France. He will be responsible for the commercial development of the platform with financial departments, on operations covering purchasing, treasury and accounting. Its arrival accompanies the marketing of an offer which intends to integrate artificial intelligence agents into the daily financial processes of companies.

Benoit Charpentier joins Naboo as interim CFO

Benoit Charpentier joined Naboo as financial director in the context of a transition management mission. After two years as interim CFO at Malt, he will support the Naboo management team in financial management, structuring the company and the needs related to its continued growth. Christophe Parcot becomes non-executive chairman of the European Media Marketplacethe advertising alliance launched this summer with notably Equativ, Orange, Vodafone, Vinted, Leboncoin and Experian. Its mandate covers strategic direction, governance and partnership development. The initiative aims to bring together premium advertising inventories, proprietary data and programmatic purchasing capabilities, while leaving each partner in control of their data. After the launch of the coalition, the priority is to convert this joint offer into campaigns actually purchased by advertisers.

After the sale of Greenbids to Perionits founder Guillaume Grimbert becomes SVP Global Commercial of the group, with a scope dedicated to international commercial development. Greenbids’ technology has been integrated into Perion One under the name Outmax, its proprietary AI advertising optimization engine, deployed notably on major advertising platforms and TikTok. This development extends the integration of Greenbids, from the product to the international marketing of the offer.

Jessika Guehaseim takes over as digital director of the ICI network

Jessika Guehaseim joined Radio France to lead the digital network HEREits local offering. Its mission focuses on adapting local content and services to digital uses. It will have to articulate this development with the territorial anchoring of the network, while maintaining proximity to residents and the relevance of local information at the center of its development.

Caroline Levard joins the executive committee of Back Market

After six years at Back Market, Caroline Levard joins the executive committee as Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer. Its scope brings together legal affairs, taxation, sustainability and public affairs. This grouping places within the same department the functions which support the development of the reconditioned product platform, its environmental commitments and its relations with public authorities.

Virginie Christnacht takes charge of communications at FDJ UNITED

Announced on July 28, the appointment of Virginie Christnacht as director of group communications at FDJ UNITED took effect on September 14, 2026. She also joins the executive committee. Previously Senior Managing Director at Teneo, after having notably directed communications at Eurazeo, her mission will be to strengthen the reputation and visibility of the group in France and internationally, while supporting its transformation with its various stakeholders.

Vincent Jolys will become general manager of IP Paris services on October 1

Vincent Jolys is named general director of services at the Institut Polytechnique de Pariswith a planned start on October 1, 2026. He joined the establishment after ten years at CentraleSupélec, where he served as general director of services, then director of strategy and transformation. His experience includes finance, information systems, real estate and human resources. He will support the implementation of the IP Paris strategy, in conjunction with its presidency and its six member schools.
