While advertising standardization weakens customer commitment, mastering instant personalization is established as the new strategic border of digital marketing. It is on this niche that the French Martech founded in 2018, which announces a fundraising of 6 million euros in series A, wants to stand up.
Reelevant offers dynamic hyper-personalization technology, designed to transform data flows into immediately activated content on all channels-email, website, mobile application or SMS. Unlike traditional approaches, the solution constantly adjusts the content according to the behavior and context of each customer, thus deleting the discrepancy between data collection and their marketing exploitation.
The challenge is to get out of the sequential model of the frozen campaigns to evolve towards continuous, reactive and integrated activation of the existing tools of brands. The Reelevant platform natively interfaces with Salesforce, Snowflake, Adobe or Braze, and can easily connect to existing data ecosystems
This approach to the “last kilometer” of marketing – where each customer contact must be relevant and contextualized – seduces large brands. Decathlon has deployed technology in 36 countries to cover 95 % of its customer communications. Carrefour, Sephora, L’Oréal, Leroy Merlin, Printemps or even Engie are also among its references.
Through an intelligent orchestration of content, Reelevant promises not only a substantial time saving for marketing teams, but also a measurable improvement in commitment, conversion and loyalty rates. A value proposition that finds a particular echo in a context where the effectiveness of omnichannel strategies becomes critical.
Profitable since the end of 2023, the company has experienced strong organic growth, supported by the gradual enlargement of its solution to all of the channels and markets of its customers. This dynamism convinced Seventure Partners, which leads this financing tour, accompanied by Go Capital and several Business Angels, including Nathalie Balla, former director general of La Redoute, who also joins the Board of Directors.
Vincent Martinet is the founder and CEO of Reelevant. Before launching this Martech specializing in real-time hyper-personalization, he had created Kiwup, an agency expert in marketing email, where he designed several technological solutions, including simple mail and Stamplia.
