AI and Continuing Training: EDFLEX REVESTS 15 M € to transform the role of training into a company

Business vocational training evolves towards a model where artificial intelligence is no longer a simple optimization tool but a real co -pilot integrated into the daily life of the trades. With the launch of EDFLEX COPILOT and the first immersive scenarios, the company illustrates this mutation by offering contextualized, interactive and integrated learning experiences in working environments.

The functionalities of AI deployed by EDFLEX go in this direction: realistic simulations including voice and emotions, fine analysis of progression, contextual recommendations and automated skills assessment. These developments transform training into a continuous process, linked directly to professional tasks.

Raphaël Drissart, co-founder and COO of EDFLEX, sums up his vision: “We are entering an era where training becomes a daily business co-pilot, and no longer a simple catalog updated every year. This lifting gives us the means to amplify our advance in AI applied to the training. Our ambition: to make learning even more impactful, measurable and accessible, as much for learners as for training and HR teams. »»

This orientation is accompanied by a direct integration effort in the software used by employees. The contents are accessible in Teams, Workday, SAP or 360Learning, so that the training is triggered at the heart of the workflow.

After a first acquisition in Italy in 2024 and the opening of an office in North America in 2025, EDFLEX deploys localized content, adapted to business standards and the regulations of each country in order to meet the expectations of their customers. Philippe Riveron, co-founder and flesh, explains: “Our customers operate around the world. Our objective is always to support them as close as possible to the field, with educational content, teams and processes adapted both to local teams, but also to the global challenges they face. »»

This strategy aims to position EDFLEX as a European actor capable of competing with the American and Asian platforms of Digital Learning. The company highlights an aggregation and content of content model which allows it to offer a diversified and regularly updated offer, based on more than 10,000 publishers and 25 diffusion formats.
