The supply Chain Planning & Scheduling market is experiencing an evolution made by the rise of SaaS solutions and the integration of artificial intelligence. The optimization of processes is increasingly based on predictive models capable of anticipating the variations in demand and adjusting resources accordingly. Faced with increasingly complex and interconnected logistics, industrialists are looking for tools capable of improving the precision of forecasts, automating adjustments and securing their supplies.

The integration of planisenense: a strategic asset

Futuremaster, specialist in supply Chain Planning and Revenue Growth Management, has taken a significant step by announcing the acquisition of Planisenense, a Parisian company specializing in planning and production scheduling. This operation strengthens the SaaS Bloom platform by integrating advanced Scheduling capabilities in real time. The objective is to offer businesses increased visibility on their operations and a finer management of flows. Thanks to this integration, Futurmaster can now offer a complete solution covering the entire planning cycle, from forecasting the request to operational execution.

The interest of this acquisition is not limited to the technological aspect. It is also based on a strong complementarity between the teams of futuremaster and those of Planisenense, who have been collaborating for several years. The integration of 40 Planisenense employees within the group makes it possible to pool expertise and accelerate innovation on the solutions proposed.

An accelerated international deployment

With this acquisition, Futurmaster strengthens its presence in Europe, North America and Asia. Already located in more than 90 countries, the company benefits from an extended network and a prestigious customer base, including Heineken, L’Oréal, LVMH, Forvia and Bel.

This operation comes three months after the redemption of Futurmaster by the Private Equity Sagard Newgen fund, which supports the company in its development.
