Primelis buys Omnyai to strengthen its arsenal Martech

Primelis continues its rise in power with the repurchase ofOmnyaiplatform founded in 2022 by Charlotte Courtois, Cyril Bourgois and Clément Contamine.which allows brands to optimize their sales on marketplaces. This acquisition is part of the consolidation strategy initiated by the group since the arrival of the Sagard fund in its capital in March 2024.

Omnyai’s positioning is based on two differentiating axes, a technological platform with AI owners modules for content management and pricing, and operational support allowing brands to generate additional income without technical complexity. The first use cases targeted the verticals parapharmacy, DIY, garden and toys, with an ambition of rapid expansion internationally.

With this acquisition, Primelis muscle its offer of services on the segment of retail mediabooming. Already reinforced by the integration of the Creative Cosmy studio a few months ago, the company intends to establish itself as a Full-Stack digital marketing agency, capable of operating on the entire value chain, SEO/SEA, Social Ads, Contents, Data Science and Marketplace activation.
