The CRM Llysy publisher goes under Italian pavilion

The French publisher of Lead-to-Cash Soulsy solutions joins the Italian group Teamsystem, specializing in management software for SMEs and liberal professions. Based in La Rochelle, the company offers an integrated platform covering CRM, electronic invoicing, pre-accounting, cash management and marketing automation. It claims more than 23,000 SME customers and has 180 employees, including 78 in R&D.

The acquisition is part of the Teamsystem strategy to strengthen its presence in Europe and in the Mediterranean, after the integration of Clémentine earlier this year. The operation allows the Italian publisher to complete its offer with a Lead-to-Cash solution and accelerate on the segment of small and medium-sized enterprises. Teamsystem also plans to enrich the platform with bricks of artificial intelligence and business intelligence to support the decision -making of managers.

Lelsy is on the front line of the French electronic invoicing reform, the entry into force of which is planned from 2026. The company is being recording as a certified platform, a status that would allow it to support thousands of SMEs in their compliance. She also initiated an expansion in Spain via Quipu, bought in 2022.

PSG Equity, shareholder of Lelsy since 2021, gives in his participation as part of this operation. The management team remains in place in the Teamsystem group, owned by the Hellman & Friedman fund. The financial terms of the transaction have not been communicated. This remains subject to regulatory approvals. Lelsy was created in 2009 by Alain Mevellec and Frédéric Coulais who left operations when PSG Equity arrives and has been led by Victor Douek since
