Webmecanik opts for continuity with a capital recovery by its leaders

The French publisher of WebMecanik software, specializing in Marketing Automation and CRM, announces its recovery by its management team. After ten years of development, the founder Stéphane Couleaud gives up his shares with three executives of the company: Sophie Panotnow president while retaining her commercial functions, Norman PrachtManaging Director, and David COUTELLETechnical director.

This operation marks an internal capital transmission, without the use of majority external investors. It aims to maintain the continuity of the project initiated since 2015, while opening a new phase focused on product improvement, the progressive integration of artificial intelligence bricks, and the strengthening of the strategy of digital sovereignty.

Webmecanik develops two software platforms, Webmecanik Automation (Marketing Automation) and Webmecanik pipeline (CRM). The company claims an approach to the GDPR, with data accommodation in France and local customer assistance. It is positioned as a European alternative to American solutions like HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo.

If no amount has been communicated, the assembly of the recovery relied on the participation of several financial partners, of which Cic,, Société Générale And Bpifrance.
