French startup Verteego, specializing in decision-making intelligence, joins Bamboo Rose, an American platform for technological solutions for retail. This acquisition aims to strengthen the automation and decision-making capabilities of leading brands in the sector.
Founded in 2018 by Rupert Schiessl and Clément GuillonVerteego offers an artificial intelligence platform designed to optimize distributors’ sales strategies and omnichannel operations. With low margins and increased competition in the industry, Verteego’s mission is to help retailers make more accurate and strategic decisions.
In 2021, Verteego had raised 2.5 million euros with the funds Archipel Ventures, Supercapital, Holnest, Finoli and Bpifrance, as well as historical investors such as Kima Ventures. This fundraising also benefited from the support of SaaS and retail experts, including Charles Egly (Younited Crédit) and Guillaume Princen (ex-Stripe).
Bamboo Pinkbased in the United States, is a recognized technology platform, providing integrated product development and fulfillment solutions for some of the world’s largest brands. By integrating Verteego, Bamboo Rose consolidates its portfolio of innovative technologies and strengthens its positioning in the automation of complex processes and decision-making intelligence.
The two companies will present their shared vision and solutions at NRF 2025, which will be held in New York from January 12-14.
With this acquisition, Verteego enters a new phase of international development, supported by a strong synergy between artificial intelligence and automation to meet the challenges of modern commerce.
