How to effectively exploit thousands of obsolete, inconsistent or scattered internal documents? This is the challenge that KAI, a startup specializing in generative AI, aims to address. KAI is positioned as a cutting-edge technological solution, combining AI and semantic graphs to simplify and make information management more reliable.

Technology focused on context and precision

Unlike traditional vectorization-based approaches like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), KAI uses intelligent agents and neural semantic graphs to contextually analyze and index internal documents. The technology helps quickly detect inconsistencies and simplify their correction, while ensuring accurate and reliable natural language searches.

“We guarantee up-to-date and quickly usable knowledge,” explain Stéphane Ngo and Olivier Jourdran, co-founders of KAI. The tool promises a valid response rate of over 90%, a performance well above current standards.

An adoption that proves its worth

Companies like Veolia Water have already integrated KAI into their operations. Vincent Lauriat, CTO and Deputy CIO at Veolia, testifies: “Initially, we used KAI to complete the response base of our helpdesk. Today, we use it for natural language search and updating our databases. This allows significant gains in precision and efficiency. »

A strategic issue for businesses

With the rise of LLMs, mastery of documentary bases is becoming a strategic imperative for companies. KAI’s approach, which places technology at the service of employees, not only optimizes information flows, but also frees up time for high value-added tasks.

Fundraising details

KAI raised 600,000 euros from the business angel network Seed4Soft. This funding will be used to strengthen the R&D and commercial teams. The startup plans to recruit full stack developers, data scientists, as well as customer success, business development and marketing oriented profiles.
