Fintech SATURN raises 13 million euros to democratize wealth management

Based in London, SATURN develops an operating system for wealth management and financial advice. Its ambition is to make consulting accessible to a greater number of people by automating the compliance and administrative management processes which still hold back the profession.

Today, 70% of UK advisers’ time is spent on compliance and administrative tasks. SATURN relies on artificial intelligence to automate these processes while maintaining high regulatory standards. The platform allows firms to optimize their workflows and devote more time to client relations. The aim is to reduce the cost of financial advice by up to 90%, currently estimated at around £2,000 per year per client in the UK.

In 15 months, SATURN claims to have attracted more than 600 consulting firms. Its model is based on an approach called compliance-first AIwhere automation tools are designed based on local regulatory requirements. The company has also integrated this expertise by purchasing a compliance company that has been operating for two decades.

SATURN is now aiming to expand into other Commonwealth markets, notably Australia, Singapore and South Africaafter having consolidated its position in the British market, considered one of the most demanding in the world in terms of financial regulation.

The company raised 13 million euros led by the European fund Singularwith the participation of Shapers and several investors specializing in fintech. The financing round was completed in ten days, a short time frame which can be explained by the traction of the company and the clarity of its vision. Founded by Amal Jolly in 2022, SATURN employs today 43 employees and positions itself as one of the most promising players in the new generation of financial infrastructure platforms.
