The maintenance of IT and Cloud infrastructure is experiencing an accelerated transformation. Long area reserved for Site Teams of Liabibility Engineers (SRE), DevOps and Sysops, often under pressure, discipline is now opening up to advanced automation. It is on this niche that 2501.ai, a young French startup which develops a platform of autonomous AI agents capable of detecting, diagnosing and resolving a significant part of computer incidents.
The startup’s promise is based on an orchestration of specialized models within a modular and secure environment. These agents are not content to carry out scripts, they industrialize tasks now ensured manually: remediation of incidents, management of critical alerts, automation of deployments, compliance controls or even security updates. Deployable on site or in private cloud, they are aimed at both standard environments and classified or certified secnumcloud infrastructures.
“The IT/Cloud maintenance and support market is experiencing a revolution. AI agents now make it possible to greatly improve the processing speed of requests and the performance of the SRE, DevOPS, Sysops support teams. We have the opportunity to create a major player in the IT infrastructure of tomorrow, ”explains Alexandre Pereira, co -founder and CEO of 2501.ai.
The approach claims a double benefit. On the one hand, a reduction in the MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) by auto-resolution of levels of levels 1 and 2. On the other, a sustainable drop in operating costs for large accounts and managed service provides. By natively integrating existing tools (ITSM, observability, CMDB), technology aims for gradual adoption without breaking into organizations.
Kevin Kuipers, Founding Partner of the Galion.exe fund, stresses that the mutation is inevitable: “We have seen a clear ambition for the future of IT/Cloud in the face of a massive need for the Enterprise market where outsourcing is still a manual subject. It is not a question of SI, but when, and which will be the first to equip the IS park with autonomous AI agents. Investing on 2501.AI is supporting a team that dares where the others hesitate: deploy in production a useful AI and modernize the IT/Cloud support. »»
2501.AI plans to focus its efforts on the recruitment of technical profiles specialized in AI applied to observability and remediation in real time. In parallel, the company is launching its commercial operations in Spain, the United Kingdom and Germany, markets where critical service operators are looking for sovereign solutions and integrated into their infrastructure.
The company, founded at the beginning of 2025 by Alexandre Pereira and Alex Zhuk, announces a raising of 2 million euros in Pre-SEED. The Tour was led by Galion.exe, Kfund and Kima Ventures (Xavier Niel funds) with the participation of Bpifrance and Business Angels from Meta and IBM.
