Realyze Ventures: the Deeptech de la Construction finally has its specialist fund with 50 million euros

Long absent from speed capital radars, tech dedicated to the transformation of the building, real estate and craft trades sectors is entering a new phase. Official launch of Realyze Ventures, specialized fund based in Cologne, which achieves a first closing at 50 million euros to finance European startups engaged in decarbonation, digitalization and resilience of the built environment.

In a context where construction remains one of the biggest CO₂ transmitters, Realyze Ventures claims a strong sectoral ambition, by investing in technologies capable of redefining the standards of the “Built World”, from the materials to the connected infrastructures, including the digital tools of the craftsmen.

All bet on the same conviction, only a structured alliance between capital, field expertise and industrial execution will allow the best solutions to cross the scale.

The Realyze Ventures fund, based in Cologne, was founded by Tim Fischer, Manfred Heid, Stefan Läufer, David Nadge And Kai Panitzkiformer Bitstone Capital and Momeni Ventures.
