Positive refinances 106 million euros to continue its European consolidation
Positive is finalizing a bank refinancing of 106 million euros led by CIC, with four other establishments, in order to extend the maturity of its debt and finance new acquisitions. After more than ten operations in five years, the Lille publisher claims 70 million euros in annual turnover, mainly recurring, from its digital marketing software. Controlled by its founder Mathieu Tarnus and supported by IDI and EMZ, the group targets 200 million euros in turnover in 2030 on the European SME market
Liquid Network suspends transactions after withdrawal of 4,000 bitcoins
Liquid Network, the sidechain of Bitcoin developed by Blockstream, suspended new transactions after the withdrawal of approximately 4,000 of the 4,200 bitcoins held in its federated wallet, or almost $320 million. The actors behind the operation present themselves as ethical hackers and promise to return most of the funds once the flaw is corrected, without any return having yet been confirmed. Blockstream attributes the incident to a bug in the Elements software rather than a key compromise.
With the departure of Laurent Sifre at Microsoft, H Company no longer has any of its founders
Laurent Sifre, co-founder and former technical director of H Company, joined a Microsoft AI research team in Paris after leaving his role in early 2026. His successor Pierre-Louis Cedoz has also left the startup, according to Sifted. Two years after its creation, H Company lost its entire founding team, a Hecatombe.
Matt Clifford steps down as president of Aria after joining Anthropic
On November 6, Matt Clifford will leave the presidency of Aria, the British agency responsible for funding breakthrough scientific and technological research. Aize acquires Samp to bring industrial data closer to reality on the ground
The Norwegian publisher Aize acquires the French startup Samp, specialist in AI applied to industrial infrastructures, for an undisclosed amount. Deployed on more than 500 sites, its Shared Reality platform compares 3D scans of installations with plans, inventories and maintenance data in order to identify discrepancies between the documentation and the actual condition of the equipment. Aize thus wants to cover new projects and existing sites in the same environment, before the launch of its next platform scheduled for the end of 2026.
Jaipur Robotics raises 4.3 million euros to automate waste recovery plants
Swiss startup Jaipur Robotics raises 4.3 million euros in seed funding in a round led by EquityPitcher Ventures and High-Tech Gründerfonds. Founded in 2024 by Ermes Zamboni and Nikhil Prakash, it is developing a computer vision platform capable of detecting hazardous materials, improving waste mixing and assisting crane automation. The funds will finance its deployment in new energy recovery plants, then in other industrial sites such as cement plants and biomass power plants.
Fluencify raises 3.7 million euros after reaching 1.7 million ARR in six months
Swedish startup Fluencify completes an oversubscribed pre-seed round of €3.7 million, led by byFounders with the participation of Wave Ventures. Founded in 2025 by Erik Romdhane, Isaac Norin and Sam Stones Hälleberg, it automates creator selection, exchanges, publication planning and international payments with AI agents. Fluencify claims 1.7 million euros in ARR six months after launch and more than 13,000 active creators. The funds will finance recruitment in Stockholm and the opening of a sales office in New York.
AI Score raises 4.6 million euros to support the deployment of AI agents
The British startup AI Score raises 4.6 million euros in seed during a round led by Fuel Ventures, with renewed support from GALLOS Technologies, a few months after a pre-seed of 860,000 euros. Founded in 2025 by Alex Harland, former member of the founding team of the British NCSC, and ex-lawyer Benita Tibb, it is developing a platform capable of monitoring and controlling in real time the use of generative and agentic AI in businesses.
