While social and economic committees (CSE) accelerate their digital transformation, the software market dedicated to them is a major strategic inflection. The acquisition of Primoloisirs by Hellocse, marks a turning point for this long fragmented sector, where historical actors, pure local players and vertical start-ups coexisted.
Hellocse, SCULE-UP Lyonnaise self-funded and member of the FT120 for the third consecutive year, thus produces its first external growth operation since its creation in 2017. The company now exceeds the million users active on its platform, which covers all the needs of CSE elected officials from salaried advantages, ticket office, gift vouchers, communication and accounting.
A targeted growth operation on a specific segment
Primoloisirs, founded in 1999 by Bertrand Rose, had established itself as one of the pioneering software suppliers for CSE via its Council Entity. With a loyal clientele of more than 600 works councils, the company supported market development for more than two decades.
“” The sale of Primoloisirs activities in Hellocse comes after 26 years of expertise on the CSE software market. It is the award of proximity to our customers and a historic know-how that has evolved with its market “Explains Bertrand Rose, who highlights the importance of transmitting his customers to” a reference actor, human and with the strongest ambitions ».
The operation allows Hellocse to integrate 600 new customers, including Leroy Merlin, BMW, Amazon, Vinci, Eurofins, Urssaf, Red Cross or Thales. More than 200,000 new salaried beneficiaries join the ranks of users, thus consolidating an already significant basis.
Towards a new landscape for CSE software
This rapprochement illustrates a broader movement of structuring of the CSE solutions, thus faced with the increasing pressure of digital uses, the regulatory complexification and the expectation of unified salaried experience, elected officials are now looking for all-in-one technological solutions, interconnected and accessible on mobile.
“” The acquisition of Primoloisirs marks a new era for Hellocse. This is proof that Hellocse is an aggregator and a CSE market leader. It is insurance for 600 customers and nearly 200,000 beneficiary employees concerned with a transition to a modern, complete and customizable product “Comments Laurent Lefebvre, CEO of Hellocse.
The CSE software sector, long dominated by actors with monolithic or partitioned offers seems to enter a phase of integration. Groups like Edenred (ex-Prowebce) or Glady have started this mutation in recent years. Hellocse, by opting for a development in bootstrap mode, displays an independent or even alternative approach.
A dynamic carried by proximity and specialization
Hellocse now has 4,500 customers (including Carrefour, Decathlon, Red Cross or Société Générale), more than a million employee users and 110 employees divided between Lyon, Bordeaux and Paris. The company presents itself as a “reference technological partner for CSEs” and displays its consolidation ambitions in a market still marked by the explosion of offers.
