LEGORA, the legal “Copilot” raises 128 million euros to accelerate its international development

In the largest law firms, AI platforms are becoming co-pilots of legal reasoning. Among them, Legora stands out as one of the benchmarks for the new generation of solutions: tools capable of analyzing thousands of pages of contracts, drafting complex clauses and streamlining collaboration between lawyers and companies.

In just a few months, Legora is already collaborating with firms like Linklaters, Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin Or MinterEllison. This direct integration into the workflows of large firms illustrates a profound change where legal knowledge becomes a system, and no longer an individual asset.

Legora raised 128 million euros ($150 million) in C Seriesbringing its valuation to 1.53 billion euros ($1.8 billion). The tour was led by Bessemer Venture Partnerswith the participation ofICONIQ, General Catalyst, Redpoint Ventures, Benchmark And Y Combinator. This capital will allow the company to accelerate its international expansion and strengthen its product roadmap, in a legal sector that has now entered the era of collaborative AI.
