Positive launches its MCPs to connect AI assistants directly to SME marketing and sales campaigns

A single AI agent can now orchestrate the entire journey, from search engine visibility to sales, without changing tools or breaking the chain of authorizations.

What if your AI assistant could not only answer your questions, but also directly access your marketing tools, analyze their data and trigger actions?

This is precisely what we are making possible with the launch of servers Model Context Protocol (MCP) of Positive.

Positive Surfer, Positive Iconosquare and Positive Signitic are now accessible to AI agents via MCP. Positive User will gradually join this architecture from the fourth quarter of 2026.

The objective: to allow an SME to connect the AI assistant of its choice to its entire marketing and sales chain, without multiplying tools, integrations and disruptions between each stage.

Tomorrow, working with software will no longer necessarily mean opening its interface

For twenty years, using marketing software pretty much always followed the same logic: log in, navigate menus, consult a dashboard, export data, then start again in the next tool.

Conversational AI is reversing this model.

A team that already works in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or another compatible AI environment can now feed Positive data and functionalities directly there.

Dashboards aren’t going away. They remain available to anyone who wishes to continue working from Positive interfaces. MCP simply adds a new entry point: the AI agent.

Uma, Positive’s native AI, is also designed to orchestrate the suite’s different products.

As Paul de Fombelle, CEO of Positive, explains:

“The user interface is no longer the only differentiating factor. This is why our products go where our customers already work: in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Uma. This isn’t just a new feature: it’s a change of posture. »

Concretely, what does agent-driven marketing look like?

Imagine a marketing manager who starts her day by asking her assistant: “Which pages on our site lost visibility this week? »

Positive Surfer analyzes the data and reports the results directly into the conversation.

She continues:

“Prepare three LinkedIn posts from this content and schedule them for Thursday. »

Positive Iconosquare can take over.

Then :

“Identify the contacts engaged by this campaign and add them to our nurturing sequence. »

Ultimately, Positive User will be able to carry out this action while respecting the rights granted to the user.

The change is as much in the actions performed as in what disappears between them: no more need to move from one tool to another, copy information or reconstruct the context at each step.

The same agent can follow the campaign from start to finish.

The Full Loop becomes controllable by AI

This is precisely the idea behind the Full Loop of Positive.

A marketing and sales journey is not a succession of isolated actions. Visibility generates traffic. Content feeds social networks. Campaigns create engagement. Interactions enrich customer data. This data then makes it possible to qualify leads and fuel commercial actions.

Until now, even when the tools were connected, teams still had to intervene at different points along the way.

With MCP, this loop becomes orchestratable by an AI agent.

Uma, Claude or another MCP compatible assistant can interact with the different elements of Positive to move from visibility analysis to launching a campaign, then to engagement and lead management.

All within the same European suite, with native circulation of data between products, without having to rebuild the chain with API integrations.

Thomas Thelliez, CTO of Positive, summarizes:

“The Full Loop was a promise: that of making our products communicate effectively with each other. MCP now allows any AI assistant to control it end-to-end. This is the difference between a connected suite and a truly headless architecture. »

AI agents move from testing to use

This development comes as AI agents begin to move out of the experimental stage.

In 2026, 40% of large companies report deploying AI agents on a large scale, compared to 27% a year earlier, according to McKinsey.

The adoption of MCP is also experiencing a strong acceleration: downloads of its SDK have increased from 97 million in December 2025 to nearly half a billion per month in July 2026.

For SMEs, the issue is particularly important.

They don’t necessarily have the resources to build and maintain dozens of integrations between their tools, data and AI models. A suite natively accessible to agents helps reduce this complexity: the same agent can intervene in several stages of marketing and sales, without having to recreate an integration for each of them.

And above all, Positive remains AI agnostic : Businesses can use Uma or connect the MCP-enabled assistant of their choice.

A gradual transition, with security as a prerequisite

Not all actions will be open to agents at the same time.

As of today, three Positive products have their MCP server:

Positive Surfer MCP allows you to perform SEO audits, analyze keywords and track visibility in natural language AI environments.

Positive Iconosquare MCP provides access to social post scheduling, performance analysis and competitive benchmarking.

Positive Signitic MCP allows you to manage email signature management, brand compliance checks and banner campaigns while maintaining their auditability.

These three MCPs can be used with Uma or with MCP compatible agents such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot.

Positive User MCP will be rolled out gradually from the fourth quarter of 2026.

Scan and read access will be opened first. Write actions will follow when authentication via OAuth and fine management of authorizations fully meet Positive security standards.

This progression is voluntary. Giving an agent the ability to view marketing performance does not carry the same level of risk as allowing them to modify CRM data or trigger actions on contacts.

The objective is therefore not to open as quickly as possible, but to open each capacity with the appropriate level of control.

Access to AI agents is included by default

This new way of using Positive does not require subscribing to a new offer.

MCP access is included in current Positive planswithout modification of contract, additional license or new password.

For existing customers, this means that the products they already use can gradually join their new AI workflows.

For new customers, this opens up another way to approach a marketing suite: start from Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Uma and call on the different Positive products directly from the conversation.

In all cases, the agent’s rights remain linked to those of the user. An agent can only access data and actions that the person using it is themselves authorized to view or perform.

This is probably where the most important change lies.

AI does not become an additional tool in the marketing stack. It becomes a new way of controlling the tools that are already there.

And tomorrow, opening your marketing software may no longer necessarily mean opening your interface.
