Dataventure, supported by European Digital Group (EDG), announces the acquisition of The Ramp, a pioneer startup in technological solutions dedicated to multilocal advertising. This operation aims to strengthen the datventure offer in the field of local marketing and to accelerate the digitalization of local strategies for extended radiation brands.

The Ramp has implemented tools to coordinate advertising campaigns in several geographic areas, while adapting messages to local specificities. This acquisition realizes a long collaboration between the two entities and responds to the growing demand for multi -channel strategies, capable of effectively touching consumers in the field.

According to Dataventure leaders, the integration of The Ramp must make it possible to offer a complete ecosystem to brands wishing to harmonize their campaigns in points of sale and on digital channels. The stated objective is to strengthen the datventure position as a local marketing actor.
