The British startup Build Concierge, founded by the Serial Entrepreneur Martin Port, announces a fundraising of 3.8 million euros to accelerate the deployment of its customer engagement platform supplied by artificial intelligence. Build Concierge offers service companies a tool capable of managing, in real time, calls, emails, SMS, Whatsapp, Chat and reservations via a unique and integrated interface.
Thought as a Plug and Play software infrastructure, the platform is based on AI -owned tools which include the intention of users, immediately respond to requests and ensure follow -up without human intervention. It fits into the CRM, planning or site management software already in place, without upsetting the habits of the teams.
The startup mainly targets service companies and construction players, faced with an increasing volume of customer solicitations and a shortage of labor. To support this sectoral orientation, Build Concierge surrounded itself with a strategic board bringing together several figures from the industry. Among them, Robin Proctor, former leader of the Travis Perkins group, specialist in supply chain and automation, or Charlie Kirk, founder of the Jet Aire drainage company, which will contribute to the development of business use cases in the field of technical services. Lord Ian Austin, former British Minister and now Special Envoy of the United Kingdom for Trade with Israel, also joins the Council as an observer.
“” We are delighted to welcome these eminent personalities within our council. We have spent the past year refining our economic model, our technology and our approach. It is a real demonstration of the power and potential of our technology to have attracted profiles of this level, and that our first round of financing was overwritten and closed in record time. “Explains Martin Port, founder of Build concierge in a press release
The fundraising of 3.8 million euros was carried out with Business Angels, wealthy individuals and Martin Port himself. Build Concierge was founded in 2023 in the United Kingdom by Martin Port, also founder of Bigchange, the field management platform sold in 2024 to the Simpro group for more than 350 million euros.
