Mambu, leader in cloud banking, created in 2011, and having raised more than 385 million euros, gets its hands on Numeral. This strategic operation allows Mambu to expand its offering to integrate advanced payment capabilities. Numeral’s platform will be directly integrated into the Mambu ecosystem, providing banks and fintechs with tools to automate their payment flows and adapt to the demands of instant payments. The amount of the transaction was not communicated. Numeral had raised 13 million euros 6 months after its creation, notably from the BALDERTON investment fund, and business angels such as Guillaume Princen (MOONCARD) and Alexandre Prot (QONTO)
