Hawksford recognised as Top 25 Trust Company for third year in succession
Hawksford has been shortlisted for a respected Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) award, in the Owner-Managed Trust Team of the Year category.

The awards are an established event in the wealth calendar and one at which Hawksford has enjoyed past success. In 2010, Hawksford was bestowed the title of Independent Trust Company Team of the Year for 2010/2011.

The awards highlight excellence across the private wealth sector. They include categories for private client lawyers, accountants, private bankers, financial advisors and trust managers, and offer an opportunity for professionals to demonstrate excellence in their field and to their peer group.

The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is the worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts and estates, executorship and related issues. They aim to promote the highest professional standards through education and training, leading to widely recognised and respected professional qualifications. They also work to demonstrate the value of good stewardship and planning across future generations to governments, professionals, financial institutions and the public. STEP internationally has more than 17,000 members, with 6,000 members in the UK.

'I am delighted that Hawksford has been shortlisted for this prestigious award. Being a finalist gives testament to the hard work and continuing dedication of our team,' said Peter Murley, chief executive of Hawksford. ‘We are proud to be representing Jersey in such a positive way.’

The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony held on 19 September at the London Hilton on Park Lane Hotel.
