Business transformation specialist, Greenlight, is to give a breakfast briefing on best practice change management. This will be the second of Greenlight’s quarterly briefings to heads of businesses and government across the Channel Islands. Starting at 07:45 on Friday 13th July at the Pomme D’or in St Helier, this event is called ‘Leading Effective Change’. Guest speakers will be Peter Murley, CEO of independent wealth structuring company, Hawksford, and Helen Baker, CIO of international banking group, Standard Chartered. Following the presentations at 09:10, there will be an opportunity for delegates to interact with the speakers and leaders of Greenlight during a Q&A session, with the event wrapping up at 09:30.Eliot Lincoln, Greenlight’s managing director, says, “Leading a business through effective change is a huge challenge. Done well, it empowers others to act upon and commit to the broader vision, achieving and sometimes outstripping predicted results. But poorly executed change will damage a business, sometimes beyond repair. At our second breakfast briefing, with the help of our inspiring guest speakers, we will offer practical advice on how to lead effective change the best way: so that businesses thrive and realise their potential.”Entry to Greenlight’s breakfast events is by invitation only as numbers are strictly limited. If you haven’t received an invitation and would like one, please contact Eliot Lincoln at eliot.lincoln@livethebusiness.com.
