Active Group Announces Senior Appointments in Jersey

One of the Channel Islands leading providers of compliance and regulatory support to financial services businesses has announced two senior appointments at its Jersey office.

Mark Hill (pictured top) has been promoted to Managing Director of Active Services (Jersey) Limited. Mr Hill has an extensive knowledge of fund and corporate administration and has more than 20 years experience working with domiciled entities in Jersey and Cayman. Prior to joining Active Group as a Director in 2010, Mr Hill was responsible for all operational and client services as Director of Gartmore Fund Managers International Limited and later became Compliance Officer, Company Secretary and Director of Fund Administration with Maples Finance Jersey Limited.

Paul Le Quesne (pictured bottom) has been appointed New Business Director for the Active Group, which has offices in Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Malta and Cayman providing customers access to a network of over 50 professional employees. Mr Le Quesne has also been appointed as Director of both Active Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited and Active Services (Jersey).

Prior to joining Active Group, Mr Le Quesne was employed for more than 14 years with Thomson Reuters, the world's leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals. He has extensive knowledge of the Fund Management, Investment Management and Wealth Management industries.
