Infogreffe invests 1.3 million euros in MAPI to simplify access to public aid

Access to public funding remains a complex course for the majority of French companies. Despite more than 11,000 devices, access to public funding remains a complex course for the majority of French companies. Invisible, not very understandable, each aid constitutes an administrative challenge, which can sometimes turn against the company after obtaining. It is in this context that Infogreffe announces an investment of 1.3 million euros in the startup MAPI (my public aid Infogreffe), of which he becomes the majority shareholder.

The rapprochement between the two actors is based on the observation of the persistent difficulty of managers to identify the aid adapted to their projects, despite the multiplication of platforms and public devices. By relying on the certified legal data of infogreffe and on a search engine doped for generative artificial intelligence, MAPI intends to transform this process into a simplified approach.

“Behind each public aid, there is an entrepreneur who can accelerate his project. Our mission is to lift all the brakes, ”explains Michel Struk, founder of Mapi. Already partners since 2022, the two structures claim to have supported more than 150,000 companies in the identification and activation of financing systems.

Infogreffe inscribes this acquisition of equity in a broader digital diversification strategy, which already includes services such as Monidenum, KYC Infogreffe or Marketplace Infogreffe. “This investment strengthens our galaxy of digital services and is fully part of our strategy of diversification and innovation, which aims to perpetuate the position of infogreffe as the reference of the certified legal data” underlines Jean Christophe, director of the GIE Infogreffe.

Created in 2020 by Michel Struk and Arnaud Guillotin, MAPI is a platform dedicated to the identification and optimization of public funding accessible to businesses. The investment of 1.3 million euros, announced on September 9, 2025, brings infogreffe to the rank of majority shareholder of the startup. MAPI already claims more than 150,000 companies supported since the launch of its partnership with Infogreffe.
