For managers, the real challenge in the coming years will not be deciding whether AI should enter their offices. In fact, it is already well established there. The real challenge will be to create a sufficiently secure framework. This will allow these “productivity hackers” to come out of the shadows. In this way, they will be able to put their ingenuity at the service of the collective, in complete transparency.
