TL;DR: a role of internal “special force”, directly at the service of the CEO and the CFO, to take charge of the most critical strategic subjects of the company, then build the teams or processes capable of functioning without you.
Lovable continues the accelerated structuring of its organization while its AI software creation platform is rapidly gaining ground among developers, startups and large companies. The company says apps generated through its technology now account for hundreds of millions of monthly visits.
In this context, the company is opening a Strategic Operations position with a logic very different from a classic ops role.
The principle: intervene in critical areas without a clear owner:
- international expansion;
- structuring of new professions;
- strategic partnerships;
- cross-functional projects;
- new internal processes;
- complex operational initiatives.
The role consists of taking a subject from scratch, structuring it, executing it, possibly recruiting the long-term manager… then moving on to the next project.
Lovable explicitly describes the position as that of an executive “problem solver” rather than a political or governance-oriented profile.
The profile sought:
- more than 10 years of experience in demanding environments;
- transversal path: strategy, operations, finance, GTM, partnerships;
- strong analytical capacity and data culture;
- mastery of AI and automation tools;
- ability to learn very quickly and operate in unstructured environments;
- experience in strategy consulting, banking, private equity or hypergrowth preferred but not obligatory.
The company is mainly looking for profiles capable of executing quickly rather than producing theoretical recommendations.
The long-term mission:
gradually create a Strategic Operations team made up of senior generalists capable of being rapidly deployed on Lovable’s strategic priorities, with highly automated and “AI-native” operation.
The position is part of a broader trend observed among very high-growth AI startups: the creation of ultra-flexible internal teams, hybrids between internal consulting firm, operational task force and continuous transformation unit.
