With the launch of Slides, Letsignit extends its platform to better manage the brand through employees

For 13 years, Letsignit has helped more than 6,000 organizations transform the email signatures of their employees into engagement leverage for their brand and their campaigns. With the launch of Letsignit Slides, a new solution for managing and deploying PowerPoint presentations, the company is now extending its approach to a wider range of everyday interactions and pursuing its ambition: to enable companies to orchestrate their brand through their employees.

Co-developed with Microsoft, Letsignit Slides allows:

  • automatically assign personalized templates according to teams, professions or entities;
  • distribute and maintain graphic charters, branded content and ready-to-use resources directly in PowerPoint;
  • to analyze the structure of presentations and recommend areas for improvement using artificial intelligence.

This new solution responds to a major challenge for marketing and communication teams: guaranteeing the consistency of presentations produced on a large scale. Up to 75% of presentations shared internally or externally deviate from company-defined brand standards.

Letsignit Slides™️: an enhanced experience directly in PowerPoint.

The solution guarantees that each employee has the right brand elements within PowerPoint: themes, templates, graphic charters, logos, illustrations, key figures or even institutional slides. Content is automatically updated and accessible in one click by users, ensuring brand consistency at scale.

Letsignit Slides™️ also allows you to assign and deploy specific content according to teams, professions or entities. For example, all employees can access the company’s corporate theme, while managers have support dedicated to onboarding and sales teams have up-to-date sales presentations.

The right content is thus made available to the right person, at the right time, without requiring marketing or IT teams. Employees gain autonomy and productivity while the company maintains control of its content and its image.

The continuity of a historic collaboration with Microsoft.

Since 2013, Letsignit has been developing its solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem in order to simplify their deployment and adoption by users. With Slides™, the company continues this approach thanks to a native Add-in integrated into PowerPoint. Compatible with Windows, Mac and PowerPoint Online, the solution can be deployed without a complex IT project.
