Salamanca Group, the Merchant Banking and Operational Risk business, has appointed Paul Douglas as Managing Director of Salamanca Group Trust & Fiduciary, Jersey. He will be responsible for running the operation in Jersey and growing its book of business.
Prior to his appointment in Jersey, Paul was based in Switzerland as Managing Director of Salamanca Group Trust & Fiduciary where he oversaw a team of 35 people. He managed a diverse array of international structures holding multiple asset classes.
As a qualified lawyer with a background in private banking, he will bring his comprehensive knowledge of the management of international wealth planning and family office structures to Jersey, in addition to his relationships with many ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
