Doug is a partner with KPMG in the Cayman Islands and is Head of their U.S. Tax Practice. He has been with KPMG for over 22 years with the past 19 years spent in the Cayman Islands where he has worked extensively with offshore investment funds regarding U.S. tax planning and compliance issues. He works closely with his team of 30 U.S. tax professionals in the Cayman Islands to provide services to the offshore investment fund industry. Douglas is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants.
