Offshore law firm Mourant Ozannes has appointed Tim Morgan as a Partner in its funds practice.
An expert in the specialist funds and offshore corporate space, Tim qualified as an English Solicitor with Taylor Wessing and, following a period at PwC Legal in London, spent three years in-house at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Most recently, he was a Partner at Ogier in Jersey.
Tim is the Deputy Chairman of the Jersey Funds Association and has worked closely with his industry peers on committees such as Jersey's AIFMD implementation working group.
