RG Falla has made two new appointments – with Graham Brook being promoted to Joint Managing Director and Dean Winsall appointed as a Company Director.
Graham (left) began his construction career with RG Falla in 1986. He followed the firm’s comprehensive training programme covering all aspects of construction including engineering, site supervision and procurement before concentrating his career towards quantity surveying.
He was appointed Commercial Director on the Les Nicolles Schools project, Contracts Director on the Glategny Esplanade redevelopment project, before being promoted to Managing Director.
Dean (left) started in construction as a trainee quantity surveyor in the UK and worked on various construction, civil engineering and refurbishment projects for major UK contractors. He moved to Guernsey in 2001 and joined RG Falla firstly on the Royal Courts development project and subsequently on a variety of major construction and refurbishment projects as Commercial Manager.
