Prosperity 24.7 has made two promotions from within its existing team. From 1 January 2015, Jake Foster will become a Director of the company, and Paul Marshall will be promoted to Head of Business Change.
Jake has been with Prosperity 24.7 since November 2011 in the role of Chief Technical Officer. Most recently the Technical Solutions team, which Jake heads up, has secured seven major infrastructure projects to be delivered in the first half of 2015.
As a Director, Jake will contribute to the direction of the company, leading the Technical Solutions team and aiding growth into new markets, starting with the Guernsey office in 2015.
Paul joined Prosperity 24.7 in September 2013 and has helped deliver significant change programmes for key 'blue chip' clients. As Head of Business Change, he will be responsible for the management of all project management and business analysis staff, ensuring quality and consistency in the engagements that the company manages on behalf of its clients.
